Pyramidal playground structure
In 2023, we partnered with a local Grade 4 class on a hands-on project for their unit on Building. Working from the teacher's concept, our team designed and precut all the components in-house. The students then took part in assembling and erecting two playground structures—turning their classroom lessons into something they could build with their own hands.
Gaga Ball pit
We were back at it in 2025, volunteering with another Grade 4 class as part of their unit on Building. This time the teacher brought us the concept, and our team ran with it—designing and precutting every part in the shop before the students took over. Together, the class assembled and raised two playground structures. The standout? A gaga ball pit that now draws a line-up every single day. Safe to say it's a hit.
