Panel-IT provided full supply and install on Avenue Heights, a built-to-rent development in St. Thomas made up of four eight-unit, three-storey stacked townhouse blocks—32 units in total. We manufactured the wall panels and floor cassettes in our shop and raised the framing on site, showing how panelized construction scales for larger multi-unit residential builds.
