Panel‑IT is a prefabricated framing manufacturer based in St. Thomas, Ontario, specializing in panelized wall systems and floor cassettes for residential, multi-family, and mid‑rise construction projects.
We partner with builders and general contractors to improve build speed, quality, and jobsite efficiency through off‑site manufacturing. Our goal is to simplify the framing process by delivering complete, ready-to-install structural packages that reduce labour demands, minimize waste, and shorten construction schedules.
Affiliations
Core Training: Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, equipment training (telehandler, forklift), EasyFrame saw operation, panel saw operation, lock out/tag out, pace board process training.
Continuous Improvement: PDCA cycles, weekly operational scorecards (Safety/People/Quality/Productivity/Delivery), throughput targets (e.g., Wall Line pace, Floor Line sq ft/hr.)
